At Shoploop, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.
Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be damaged or defective upon delivery, or you must have received the wrong product.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the issue.
- The unboxing video must show the sealed package being opened from the beginning without interruption.
- The request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your Order ID
- The unboxing video
- A brief description of the issue.
Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved:
- Shoploop will arrange the return pickup.
- Customers will not be charged any return shipping fees.
Our logistics partners such as Ekart, Delhivery, or other courier services may be used to facilitate the return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong product
Please contact us immediately and provide the mandatory unboxing video so that we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process return or exchange requests.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged after successful delivery due to customer handling
- The 5-day return period has passed
- No unboxing video is provided
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- The product was returned without approval from our support team
Additionally, certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A valid unboxing video is provided
- The request is made within 5 days of delivery
Once the exchange request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a replacement product
- Customers will not be charged any exchange or shipping fees
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order before the order has been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Customers will be requested to provide their bank account details or UPI details
- Refunds will be processed to the provided bank account
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Please note that it may take additional time depending on your bank's processing time.
